UIC Named Best Insurer in Yemen
UIC has been named the Best Insurance Company for the second consecutive year, through a referendum conducted in coordination with the General Authority for Investment and the General Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry in Yemen.
UIC won this tide for its excellent performance and good reputation, as well as its innovation in introducing new and diversified insurance products and its continuous efforts in developing the insurance industry in Yemen in 2007. This year's award also coincides with the opening of the UIC's new Takaful window.
Mr. Tarek Hayel Saeed, General Manager and Member of Board, expressed his appreciation to the VIC clients for their trust in the company during its 27 years of services. He also said saw the expanding insurance culture among different segments of the society as a promising development.
UIC's parent company, Hayel Saeed Group, also received five awards as one of the best 20 companies in Yemen this year.
