Marine insurance provides cover for both Cargo and Hull.

1. Marine Cargo Policy: Cover all types of goods while transported by Sea, Air or Land against risks which may occur during the course of transportation in accordance to institute of London clauses (A or B or C). The institute cargo Clause (A) provides cover against all risks. Where as, cargo clauses B and C provide cover for specified periods. It is also possible to extend cover war and strike risks.

2. Goods while transported by Road Provides cover for loss or damage of goods due to road accidents such as collision, overturning, fire and explosion.

3. Marine Hull Policy Provides cover to Hull and its machinery against loss or damage, expenses and liability incurred. Cover is against specified periods as per the institute time clauses for cargo ships, oil tankers, boats and pleasure crafts etc...
